Depending on our own 50 million yuan investment, we developed Aluminum-plastic composite pipe, PP-C pipe, PP-R pipe, PEX pipe and supporting pipe, thereinto, 6 pipe production lines with 20 million meters capacity annually, 80 sets of pipe equipments with 20 million pipe fittings capacity annually. In October, 2000, Shuangxing Pipe fittings got the International Quality System Certificate of ISO9002.

Tested by State Chemical Building Materials Testing Center, Shuangxing modified polycarbonate pipe fittings first adopts thermal plastic pipe and pipe fittings used in cold water and hot water with international standard ISO10508, carries out the adaptability test in pipe system in domestic. In addition, it’s an ideal pipe fitting first passes tests of thermal cycling and high-low temperature between 23℃ and 95℃ test for 5000 times in domestic. PP-R, PP-B pipe and fittings have past through the thermal cycling test of State Chemical Building Materials Testing Center (1.0Mpa, alternate once between 20℃ and 95℃ lasting for 5000 cycles) without leakage and damage. No leakage and damage under 110℃ central stress, 1.9Mpa, 8760h in the thermal stability test. It is popularly in our wide customers for its huge application value in development foreground and promotion after the product launch.
